Donna works with the OCLC Services, Cooperative Services and Program Development staff at Nylink. This team of librarians work together to provide information, training and support for many of the services offered by Nylink, and develop and promote new and evolving services and programs.

Donna joined Nylink in September 2000 as OCLC Services Librarian. Before that, she was a Human Resources Consultant with a Fortune 500 company. She received her MLS from the School of Information Science and Policy at the University at Albany, and holds a BA in English from Siena College, with a focus on contemporary American and Native American literature. Donna is also proud to be an alumna of the Voyageur Outward Bound School (now Outward Bound Wilderness).

Donna recently completed the foundation course in the MA in Public History program at the University at Albany, and is volunteering with a local neighborhood association in gathering oral histories.
