Excel 2007: A First Look at Functionality
In the everchanging realm of technology in which we live, our society becomes more dependent on automation and computing everyday. Microsoft Excel is now a standard tool by which countless users (both professional and personal) rely on as a means for tracking and storing information. This being said, there is a large pool of individuals who have not had the necessary exposure and training to take advantage of the benefits of the Microsoft Excel.
This class is going to look at Microsoft Excel 2007 (spreadsheet software) and some of the functionality it offers.
In this class you will learn:
- What is Excel can be used for.
- How to navigate through the menus and toolbars.
- Efficient data entry.
- How to create and use formulas both custom and built-in.
- How to create charts to organize your data.
Who should enroll: Anyone who has little to no experience working with Microsoft Excel 2007, or anyone who wants to firm up their basic Excel skills.
