It's CONTENTdm Version 5!
Version 5, the latest release of CONTENTdm, brings major changes, the most notable being the complete replacement of the Acquisition Station. This online class will provide you with a solid foundation in knowing what you need to use the latest version of CONTENTdm. One-hour webinar followed-by a self-paced, online tutorial.
After taking this class, you will know how to:
- Use the new CONTENTdm Project Client software effectively.
- Choose from a broader selection of controlled vocabularies, including the AAT, MeSh and ULAN.
- Create Compound Objects in the Project Client software.
- Set up different templates of persistent metadata for different file types.
- Publish a searchable collection of digital objects on the World Wide Web.
- Edit collection items both in the Project Client and in the CONTENTdm Administration interface.
- Better manage and deliver your institution’s digitized content.
