CISTI Reinstates IFM Use
Back on January 22, CISTI announced that beginning on January 25, they would no longer bill using IFM (Interlibrary Loan Fee Management). CISTI announced today that they have reinstated their participation in the OCLC IFM payment option, Effective yesterday, February 3, ILL requests sent to symbol CAI with IFM payment selected will be processed as standard IFM transactions.
